But... what if Alex decided to make round draw a bit earlier and to do this he need to mark all the pixels on the board as "sold".
And only after that the System will do a draw.

In this case my question is: Why earlier? Is there another profitable proposition for 'new-round' advertisers?

I asked the Pixelotto team if they thought it was still worth a new advertiser taking out an advert on Pixelotto. Here is what Chris from the "team" had to say:

Things have indeed been a bit slow in the past couple of weeks.

Part of the problem is that the site has been literally slow for players, which means there's been a reduction in the number of clicks over what we'd expected. However, we've just released a major site upgrade, and things are back to normal now. We'll be contacting all our existing players soon to let them know, and they should be back and clicking soon.

With the site back up to speed, we're also in a position to really get out there and start agressively marketing the site to new players, which is our main priority for the new year.

If you're unsure, I would give it a week or two, get back to me, and then I can give you some up-to-date representative click stats.

Unhappy with your Pixelotto advert? File a claim!

I got an interesting email today which I have been given permission to share with you. It is from one of Pixelotto's bigger advertisers:

Hi Phil,

I just filed a claim with PayPal in an attempt to get my money back. The claim was automatically deferred since it was not an eBay transaction, however I used to work for PayPal, so I gave them a call to clarify what needed to be done and I was told that if a lot of people filed PayPal claims then all of the deferred claims involving Pixelotto would be reopened and that we would stand a chance of getting our money back based on the number of people upset.

So I advise you to tell everybody you can that we need to all get our PayPal claims filed. If enough are filed then we all could very likely be done with Pixelotto and come out with our wallets still intact.

Please let me know if I can help in any way. Alex has displayed very poor business ethics by refusing to refund the very people who have made him set for life. What's $280,000 when you already have a million?

So let's get filing those Paypal claims now!

Pixelotto Traffic Brings Sales!

Hello fellows!

I've got a message from Pixelotto advertiser Dan Grossman.
He told me that Pixelotto traffic on his website has brought him 5 sales!

His message:

You'll see daily clickthrough and sale counts from 12/8/2006 through 1/5/2007 and I update the stats regularly. As the blog entry discusses, I only purchased a single $200 block, and the traffic from that block has brought five new sales so far.

Pixelotto Anger Management

I'm still continue receiving claims from pixelotto advertises regarding disappointment on their investments.

For example, Phil said:
These clicks are simply people "entering the draw" - they don't even look at my site!
I have emailed Pixelotto my concerns a few times and have been totally ignored!

Another disapointed advertiser Anonymous claims about ads that disapointed from pixelotto.com in strange way:

The big question that this strange decrease of the fund raises is "WHAT IS GOING ON?" All I can think of is perhaps a payment didn't go through, but what if instead somebody was able to get his money back?

This is really interesting because in pixelotto.com regulations there were said that advertisers cannot withdraw their money from "Company" (pixelotto.com) in any way. BUT as we can see now there no HUGE ad from RC.AM Corp present in the pixels board.

Phil suggested to get all angry advertisers together and find out what is really going on there!

Is there any other advertisers that want to know real things?

Hello again folks!

I've read an article about Alex Tew and the main point of his success is that he doesn't spend his time in a University! :) After he's got his first million dollars he started thinking about new brilliant idea!

Lucky Alex has got another lucky day - there wese sold 16,300 pixels for 38 new adverts!

BTW, I'd like to ask something:
Does traffic from pixelotto.com highly converted for advertisers?
Is there somebody who can say "YES!"?
