Moved blog under pixelottoreport.com domain name

Now the new address of this blog is

http://blog.pixelottoreport.com

There is nice feature of the Blogger - create blogs on your own domain names, not only under *.blogspot.com.
You may update your bookmarks if you want but old address also exists - just for redirect to the new one.

But something is wrong with RSS feed link, http://www.pixelottoreport.com/rss.xml :(
I'll try to figure this out and fix it asap.

ANOTHER SALE - ANOTHER SALE - Pixelotto ROCKS!

LOL

Alex Filatov said...

well... 6 days from the last sale is pretty enough for that situation :)
Does somebody noticed which sites bought ads? (I don't want to look into DB for that info :))

Having just recently checked to see if there were new ads to click on, I can tell you that the site that bought the 3 pixel blocks was www.leedsdirectory.biz - the "Leeds Directory for Business and Services".

This site is a joke. There are only two entries in it, and most search categories draw a blank. Those who DO click on it are hardly likely to come back for a second look.

Why is the pixelottoreport.com homepage not working?

Does anyone read this?

Alex Filatov said...

You're reading this and this is very good! :)

Does anyone have a copy of the original "Pixelottosucks" home page? It didn't get caught on the Time Machine.

pixelotto ofline?

No not offline - just a little slow.

BTW this Friday is the day by which new entrants must sign up in order to click all the ads before the draw. That is, assuming no more significant sales.

(January 4, 2008 minus 49 days = November 16, 2007)

Filip Roman said...

Depends on how many clicks you want. And how many members there are now. For new advertisers it's not important how many NEW members sign up.

Hey Alex, can you contact the OTHER Alex and get him to kick off the PR process for the draw?

Basically, it's about time he made a blog posting or something talking about how the money's gonna be given out.

it's entertainment for us, and PR for him. So what if the million hasn't been reached, would be worse if he said nothing.

He could have a slogan "Win a million bucks for Christmas!"

frankly, I'm astonished he's not leveraging the 150k he's already got to give away. that's huge leverage.

To anonymous aabove:
See FAQ :

What if you don't sell all the pixels?
"
If all the pixels are not sold after 12 months, then the draw will take place anyway, one month later. The jackpot will equal 50% of all the revenue that has been received up to that point."

That's the fifth of january. If he does it earlier, players who didn't had the chance to click all ads would be angry. With all the consequences of being angry (complaints, trial,...)

He's not going to risk that.

thats assuming he still HAS the 150K to give away.

Young people who suddenly come into a lot of money are not known for investing it wisely. What's more, people sittng on other people's money are not known for looking after it properly e.g. the Farepak Christmas savings scandal about this time last year.

So frankly I wouldn't be surprised if he has pissed the lot away, and is now down and out on a park bench somewhere in North Wiltshire...

I assume he still has the 150K.
You assume he is broke.

It's both assuming. I prefer my kind.

When is the draw date?

Alex Filatov said...

You can calculate the draw date by terms and conditions. 12 months after Pixelotto lottery start day or when all pixels will be sold :)

Filip Roman said...

one month after all pixels are sold or after 5 december 2007. Thus january 5th 2008

Alex Filatov said...

Filip, maybe 5th of December 2007?

Filip Roman said...

I found this in the FAQ section of pixelotto:

'If all the pixels are not sold after 12 months, then the draw will take place anyway, one month later. The jackpot will equal 50% of all the revenue that has been received up to that point.'

Not sold after 12 months = on december 5th 2007

one month later = januarry 5th 2008.

Or am I wrong?

Filip Roman said...

Also check this in advertiser's FAQ:

'Your ad will be online for as long as it takes to sell all the pixels, plus one month. So every advertiser will have at least one month of exposure. The maximum length of time your ad could be up is 13 months, as if all the pixels are not sold out after 12 months, the draw takes place anyway, one month later (with the jackpot being 50% of all revenue received to date).'

See? 13 months.

Alex Filatov said...

Yeah! You're right!
Thank God you're right and I have one month more till the draw! :)
I didn't noticed that before, thank you!
