because they do not see that they will get their money back in traffic :)
pixelotto does not work - it is a fact!

Yes, but the main question is How do they removed their ads from pixelotto and how do they got their money back (if yes, of course)?

Thank you for this very useful information.

And yes, of course we advertisers of pixelotto have realized we have lost our money on this and would want our money back. But how to get it?

I would suggest we contact the owners of the sites Alex has reported dropping out of pixelotto, and ask each of them how they were able to withdraw.

i think chargeback is not possible but they get money back couse transaction was not completed or error has accured.

Heh, so what about RC.AM?
This Company was NUMBER-3 Advertiser on Pixelotto!
They have invested $15,200.
Such amount of money could not be "bad transactioned" - everything is double (triple) checking usually.

I am currently emailing ALL of the advertisers on Pixelotto, including the ones that have vanished. So far only around half are even reachable!

I will let you know any further info as I get it at www.pixelottosucks.com/forum

rc.am may be was special case. i guess they are somehow connected to Alex Tew.
btw why could not be bad transaction? how said they transfered that amount of money? but what if someone was joking and paid via stolen card? that's also possible...

Phil, please write a special and personalized email to the 7 vanished. These need extra attention as they are the key to our hopes of getting a refund.

I will pay $100 to anyone who gives me info that results in actually being able to get a refund from pixelotto.

Hi guys,

Regarding stolen card, etc...

RC.AM would not pay via a stolen card, and certainly has the money to pay. Payment is via Paypal only, and (from Pixelotto site) "After completing a successful payment, you will be able to upload your ad..."

This means Payment had to have been made to Pixelotto's satisfaction, as the RC.AM ad appeared for days before being removed.

Regarding emails:

I have spent all of today emailing all of the advertisers on Pixelotto. And I did indeed write personal emails to the seven that have been refunded/cancelled, but have heard nothing from them as of yet. Will keep you posted on my site if any of the seven do reply.

A lot of the Pixelotto advertisers agreed with my views in their emailed replies to me, but are reluctant to publicly go against Mr.Tew.

Finally, I think you will be keeping your $100 dollars for the "refund challenge" :) Mr.Tew is not as smart as people gave him credit for. He could save the day by issuing refunds, restoring his place as a "good guy" and also create good publicity for himself again. As it stands, he would rather skulk off with your money, regardless of what it does to his image. Let's see how well his future projects will be received...

Sound like an amazing business genius to you?

I just saw from pixelottoreport that out of the ten top advertisers, four removed their ad!

So in the last week or so, 40% of the top spenders were able to get out of this mess.

Traffic is miserable, sales are flat. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but Pixelotto seems to show all the traits of a huge disaster for everyone involved (advertisers, players, and Alex Tew).

I have had a response from one of the advertisers who had their ad removed from the grid.

I am waiting to hear if the advertiser in question is willing to go public with what he said to me, or if I will have to tell his side of things anonymously.

Either way, it is very interesting!

Will publish it on the pixelottosucks forum when I hear back from him!

Could you tell us what was the amount spent by this advertiser? And on what date his ad was removed?

Thank you very much
